§ 17.88.040. Amendments to comprehensive plan.

Before amending the Town comprehensive plan, the planning commission shall hold a public hearing on the proposed amendment after proper notice in accordance with Section 17.88.010.C. Adoption of any amendment, extension or addition to the comprehensive plan shall be by resolution of the planning commission carried by the affirmative votes of not less than two-thirds of the entire membership of the planning commission. A copy of the plan amendment shall be submitted to the board of trustees for approval. The board of trustees shall act on any such amendment extension or addition to the comprehensive plan by ordinance and the resulting plan shall be filed with the clerk and recorder.
