§ 17.60.080. Joint use of parking spaces (shared parking).

Where an owner or developer can document that two separate uses do not require parking during the same hours and that adequate provisions have been made to ensure that the uses will not require parking during the same hours, the Director of Development Services or designee may approve a joint use of the parking spaces if a determination has been made that the parking spaces will fulfill the requirements for both uses.
