§ 17.48.090. Emission of heat, glare, radiation, fumes, odors, or noise.

Every use shall be so operated that it does not emit any obnoxious or dangerous degree of heat, glare, radiation, fumes, odors, or noise beyond any boundary line of the site on which the use is located in conformance with this title, and Chapter 8.20 "Noise Control."
