§ 17.48.080. Cost recovery.

Cost recovery for street improvements and/or public utility extensions shall be in accordance with Chapter 16.37 "Public Improvements Cost Recovery." If the property is not being subdivided concurrently with a site plan or site plan amendment application, the site plan applicant shall assume the duties and requirements of the subdivider as defined in Chapter 16.37. The site boundaries shall be considered the subdivision as defined in Chapter 16.37.
