§ 17.48.020. Exclusions from maximum building height.

The height limitations of this title shall not apply to church spires, belfries, cupolas, penthouses or domes not used for human occupancy, or to chimneys, ventilators, skylights, parapet walls, cornices without windows, antennas, or necessary mechanical appurtenances located above the roof level.
