§ 17.48.010. Applicability.

The regulations set forth in this chapter supplement the requirements specified in other chapters of this title and are generally applicable to all zone districts, including Planned Developments (PD). Planned Developments shall conform to the standards herein unless justification is provided for a different standard which is approved and incorporated into the design standards and/or zoning regulations specific to the Planned Development.
