§ 17.22.020. Permitted uses.

Uses permitted in the R-2 Established Neighborhood Single-Family Low Density Residential Overlay District shall be as follows:

A.

One-family dwelling (detached), accessory apartment, and accessory buildings;

B.

In-home day care, small subject to the licensing requirements of the state;

C.

Foster family care subject to the licensing requirements of the state;

D.

Public and quasi-public recreation facilities including parks and playgrounds, non-lighted playing fields, trails and bikepaths, and their accessory structures;

E.

Essential permitted services;

F.

Accessory uses including, but not limited to:

1.

Receive-only satellite dish antenna and solar energy collection devices as restricted. (see Section 17.48.190, accessory uses),

2.

Home occupations as restricted (Section 17.48.200),

3.

Parking of private vehicles as restricted.
