Emergency repairs to any public facility may be undertaken without restriction.

    3.

Pumping equipment used for dewatering operations in conjunction with a construction project, if required to allow the construction of underground facilities, detention/retention areas, etc., may operate without restriction if it is proven to be necessary for such installation. Such determination shall be made by the Town Director of Development Services.

    4.

These restrictions do not apply to individual homeowners doing their own work.
