§ 17.84.040. Development agreement.

Unless waived by the Town manager, all zoning amendment proposals shall require that the property owner enter into a development agreement with the Town to address such issues as required infrastructure improvements, development phasing, open space conveyances, water rights conveyances, Town service obligations, and other relevant items.
