§ 17.84.020. Water rights conveyance.

In accordance with most current provisions of the Monument Municipal Code, all water rights appurtenant to the ground and any additional necessary to serve the proposed land uses shall be conveyed to the Town at the time of zoning or major amendment, if such requirements were not previously met. The Town may deny a zoning request or place restrictions on future development if adequate water cannot be conveyed by the applicant.
