§ 17.76.060. Duration.

A property right which has been vested pursuant to this chapter shall remain vested for a period of three years, unless the Town and the landowner enter into an agreement which provides that property rights under a site specific development plan are vested for a period exceeding three years, as further authorized in Section 17.76.070.
