§ 17.64.030. Setbacks.

With respect to a wireless telecommunication services facility that is a tower or a monopole, the setback of the tower or monopole from the property lines should be one foot for every foot of height. However, to the extent that it can be demonstrated that the structure will collapse rather than topple, this requirement can be varied accordingly.
