§ 17.60.060. Location of parking spaces.

A.

For single-family dwellings and multifamily dwellings with two, three or four dwelling units, off-street parking spaces shall be located on the same building lot as the dwelling. Parking of vehicles is permitted only on the driveway, parking area, or other paved surface on the property which is specifically designed for parking use.

B.

Off-street parking spaces may be located on any part of the subdivided lot occupied by the buildings or uses for which such parking space is required; however, no parking space or aisle width shall be established in a minimum front yard setback except in the single-family and attached single-family residential use areas.
