§ 17.48.140. Enclosure of uses and outdoor storage screening.

Unless expressly exempted by this title, all uses shall be operated within a completely enclosed structure or screened area. Outdoor storage, where permitted by the zone district regulations, shall be enclosed by a fence, landscaping, and/or other appropriate treatment, which shall be adequate to conceal such facilities from adjacent properties and streets.
