§ 17.48.110. Buffer requirements.

Where a proposed non-residential use or a proposed expansion of a non-residential use abuts a legal, conforming residential use located within a residential zone district, a physical barrier in the form of an opaque fence, wall, and/or landscape screen shall be provided to adequately buffer the residential use.
