§ 16.56.050. Permit issuance—Conformance by issuing authorities.

All departments, officials, and public employees of the Town vested with the duty or authority to issue permits shall conform to the conditions of these regulations and shall issue no permit, certificate or license for any purposes in conflict with the provisions of these regulations and any permit, certificate or license so issued shall be null and void. It shall be the duty of the board of trustees, the Town manager, the Town attorney, or their duly appointed representatives to enforce the provisions of these regulations.
