§ 16.40.040. Utilities.

Utilities (telephone, electric services and gas lines and cable television) shall be installed underground and shall be in place prior to street surfacing. Above ground or peripheral overhead electrical transmission and distribution feeder lines or other installation of either temporary or peripheral overhead communications, distance, trunk or feeder lines may be above ground with the permission of the Town.
