§ 16.28.070. Signatures and recording.

Following the approval of a minor subdivision, minor resubdivision, or lot line adjustment, and the satisfaction of any conditions of approval within the established time limits in Section 16.04.090, the plat shall be signed by the Director and the Mayor, and attested by the Town Clerk. The Director shall then record, or authorize the recordation of the plat at the office of the El Paso County Clerk and Recorder.
