§ 16.28.060. Public notice.

Public notice requirements shall be as specified in Section 17.88 of the Municipal Code, except the notice shall request that comments be provided to the Department, rather than referring to a public hearing. The Director may waive the public notice requirement for a lot line adjustment of an interior lot line.

The applicant is responsible for any required notice to mineral estate owners in accordance with Article 65.5 of Title 24 of the Colorado Revised Statutes.
