§ 16.12.050. Referral to appropriate agencies.

When submittals are deemed complete by the Director, staff shall transmit copies of the subdivision application, plans, and appropriate supporting documents to the appropriate agencies for review and recommendations as determined necessary by the Director. A list of all appropriate referral agencies shall be maintained by the department.
