§ 16.12.040. Final plat submittal.

The last step is for the subdivider to submit the final plat to the department for review by the commission and the board. The final plat shall correspond in every significant respect with the preliminary plat as previously approved. The commission shall review the final plat at a public hearing and make a recommendation to approve, conditionally approve, or disapprove the plat. The board shall approve, conditionally approve, or disapprove the final plat based upon the review criteria adopted in this title after holding the public hearing.
