§ 16.12.010. Combined actions.

The subdivision of land within the Town shall be accomplished by the combined actions of the subdividers, the commission and the board. The function of the commission is advisory to the board. Only the board has authority to approve a plat for filing, thereby permitting the subdivision, except as specifically authorized herein for staff approval of lot line adjustments, minor subdivisions and minor resubdivisions.
