§ 15.12.010. Adoption by reference.

The International Fire Code and the Urban-Wildland Interface Code as adopted by the Fire District performing services within the Town of Monument is adopted in its entirety by the Town of Monument except such provisions as may be exempted by action of the Board of Trustees. When the Fire District adopts a new version of the International Fire Code, such version, unless specifically exempted or portions thereof are exempted, shall automatically be adopted by the Town of Monument and shall be in full force and effect from the date of adoption by the applicable fire district.
